This site is operated by AsiaQuest Internet Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("AsiaQuest", "we"). Enquiries submitted from Indonesia may be handled by PT. AQ Business Consulting Indonesia. Contact details for both entities are listed in the footer of every page.
2. What we collect
We collect only the information you submit through the enquiry form: your name, company, work email, phone number, country, an indication of site size, and the content of your message. We also collect standard website analytics data, such as pages viewed and the source that referred you.
3. How we use it
Enquiry information is used to respond to your request, to prepare a site assessment or quotation, and to maintain a record of our correspondence with you. Analytics data is used to understand how the site is used and to measure the performance of our advertising.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement to understand site usage and advertising performance.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the AsiaQuest entity handling your enquiry and with service providers that support our website and correspondence.
6. Product data
Facility Ops is deployed on the customer own infrastructure. Video, detections and evidence records generated by the product remain within the customer facility and are not transmitted to AsiaQuest or to any third party as part of normal operation.
7. Retention and your rights
We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to serve the purpose above. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by contacting us at the address below.
